About Device¶
View device information, firmware version, and community resources.
Go to Settings → About.
Device Info¶
| Item | Description |

| Model | e.g., FlexKVM |
| System version | Current firmware version, e.g., v0.1.2. Upgrade → Firmware Upgrade |
| Serial number (SN) | Unique identifier — provide when contacting technical support |
The serial number can be found on the packaging box or in Settings → About.
